Baby Benjamin’s Baptism Photography

I first met Luciana whilst being the second photographer for the talented  Dijana Risteska. She greeted me at her beautiful family home on the day of baby Benjamin’s baptism. She was so warm, friendly and clearly excited for the events ahead.

The day began with detail shots, including Benjamin’s adorable outfit and the innately detailed invitations. We then got some lovely moments of his godparents dressing him; his facial expressions were so fun to watch and capture with my camera.

Once Benjamin was all dressed and ready for the spotlight, we had a little session with him splayed out on the white linen bedspread. His big brown eyes gazed up at me and my heart melted with every photograph. From here, we moved on to a session with extended family. Everyone adores little Benjamin and this comes across in the images.

Before we knew it, it was time to head off to Holy Spirit Church for the service. We drove to Ringwood North, where more family and friends were waiting. Benjamin, along with several other children, was baptised at the front of the church. He did so well; these are moments that will be cherished and looked back on fondly for many years.

After the service, guests rushed over to congratulate Benjamin and his family. It was so lovely to be a part of this happy celebration. The atmosphere was filled with joy for their beautiful little family. Everyone was excited to visit with one another at the reception, so we all headed to Sette Bello Restaurant in Glen Waverley.

The function room was set with one large long table; stunning details adorned the entire area. All of the decorations followed a theme of pastel blue, white and gold. A  gorgeous tiered cake, along with a tower of macaroons, were set out at the dessert buffet table. The place cards were made from gold cursive lettering. Large glittery balloons floated at the head of the table.

Guests were in awe of the stunning decor as they sat down to enjoy a lovely meal together. Some touching speeches were shared, which was followed by the cutting of the cake. It was such a lovely day from start to finish. Everyone there clearly enjoyed themselves and were so happy for Benjamin and the entire family.

I would like to thank Luciana, as well as Dijana, for including me in this special celebration.
